Naturally, go for a ride with us. Especially for lovers of active cross-country and moderate trail riding, we have scouted out a wonderful route within the city of Vienna.
It’s called Lainzer Tiergarten XC Loop.
23 kilometers of excellent forest trails with ever-changing scenery and views of Vienna. The time we will spend on the route is from 2 to 3 hours, depending on your desire and sports spirit. Not too long, but quite technical climbs await us (the total elevation gain is about 700 meters). We will get a separate portion of adrenaline from spooks. They will be both short technical ones and long and high-speed ones on dirt roads.
The entire trail covers the reserve and the zoo located in it (unfortunately, entry with a bicycle is prohibited).

For this bike tour in Vienna we would reccomend classic XC or trail bike. Hardtail will be one of the best option because of the lots of short climbs.
We’ll have time for relaxation, beer and naturally fun mountain biking. Just join us in the one of the best Vienna trails

And here is some interesting facts about the place where we will ride

Once a private hunting ground for the imperial Habsburg family, this sprawling nature reserve now beckons modern-day adventurers with its winding trails, ancient ruins, and abundant wildlife.

As you wander through the forest’s verdant depths, you’ll encounter the remnants of a bygone era, including the majestic Hermes Villa and the haunting ruins of medieval castles. Keep your eyes peeled for the diverse array of creatures that call this sanctuary home, from graceful deer to elusive wild boar.

Whether you’re seeking a tranquil escape from the bustle of the city or a journey through time amidst nature’s splendor, the Lainzer Tiergarten promises an unforgettable experience for all who wander its paths.
