If you’re renting a bike from Austria Trails, we offer two convenient options for getting your rental bike:

✅ Option 1: Self Pickup in Guntramsdorf (Near Vienna)

You can pick up your rental bike yourself from our location in Guntramsdorf, just 20 minutes from Vienna by car.
This option is arranged in advance. We will prepare the bike for your selected pickup day and time.

📌 Contactless pickup is also available:
If the full rental fee and daily insurance are paid in advance, we can provide you with detailed instructions for picking up the bike without meeting in person.

✅ Option 2: Bike Delivery & Collection at Your Address

We offer flexible bicycle delivery directly to your address — hotel, home, airport, or train station.

🕗 Standard delivery times:

• Morning of the rental start date (till 8:00 AM)
• Evening before (from 7:00 PM)

📅 Example:
If your rental starts on April 2, we can deliver your bike:

• On April 1 after 7:00 PM, or
• On April 2 at 8:00 AM

📦 Delivery to special locations (airports, train stations, etc.) is possible with prior arrangement.

💶 Standard delivery & pickup fee: €35
🚚 Free delivery available for long-term rentals.

⚠️ Urgent / same-day delivery may incur a higher fee and is subject to availability.
