All paid orders and reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled at the request of the client.

- Order cancellation 14 days or earlier
In this case, we return 90% of the paid amount (the remaining 10% covers the payment system commission and the work of preparing and processing the booking)
- Order cancellation 7-14 days before the scheduled date You will receive 75% of the paid amount.
- Order cancellation 24-48 hours before the scheduled date. You will receive 50% of the paid amount.
- Order cancellation 0-24 hours or later – no refund

Refunds are made by payment to the card from which the payment was made. The refund period may vary from several days to several weeks, depending on the terms of your bank and the Stripe online payment system.
